Designed with environmental preservation and energy efficiency in mind, this 6,025-square-foot commercial strip mall thoughtfully integrates sustainable strategies while enhancing the retail experience. Situated adjacent to a wetland and Riparian zone, the development incorporates a dedicated Riparian buffer zone to protect the natural ecosystem, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
The building features five tenant suites, each designed with expansive, insulated storefront glazing to maximize natural daylight and visibility. The exterior walls contain continuous insulation to enhance the buildings thermal performance, while blending durability and aesthetics, utilizing a combination of thin brick and wood paneling. Individual tenant entrances are defined by sleek canopies equipped with linear downlights and up-lit wall sconces, creating a warm and inviting streetscape.
In alignment with sustainability goals, integrated solar panels further enhance the building’s energy efficiency, reducing reliance on traditional power sources. This project successfully merges commercial functionality with responsible site planning, delivering a contemporary retail space that respects its natural surroundings.
